  Be very careful with this bank. Not only will you get charged an atm fee from whatever atm you use but they will also take money from you if you use another banks atm. I just lost over $25 since Friday. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with.

  Terrible Business Etiquette. KeyBank WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!! After almost 8 months of fees, fees, fees I am stopping the bleeding. I signed up during a promotion in which I was promised a deposit on their behalf. Due to their fees, I was knocked in the negative and only was rewarded a meager promotional amount. Since then I haven't used the account and have requested to go paperless to save the $3 fee for that so I don't keep losing money. I happened to check the account today and I'm -$15.35 for "service fees". Wow really?!?! I just talked to a service rep a week prior and she told me that I wouldn't be billed anymore since I went paperless (I asked if there were additional fees and was told, "no".) Now I get whacked with two months of service fees. I've been with Peoples Bank for years and let me tell you, its like night and day between these two. BEWARE!!! KeyBank is in the business of absorbing smaller banks (First Niagara) to create a monopoly and if their poor practices are accepted by consumers, other banks will follow...It is a for profit business after all.
