- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We have gone to Liberty Tax for 3 years now. This year, our appointment coincided with location scheduling issues that backed up the appointments by 30 minutes. As frustrating as this was, the representative Winston was calm cool and collected through the entire process. He kept us informed the entire time and not shy with the apologies. After all of this, we sit down with him and find out that we need some more paperwork. Being this our first year with a house we did not know what paperwork to bring. Mostly our fault but it is still frustrating. Winston was as calm as ever and even gave us several options on how we could amend the data later (or sooner). Everything worked out in the end. I think that Winston sets the standard for customer service in a already anxious setting. (I think it helps that is voice sounds like Morgan Freeman too).
